Job Description:
A leading medical group is seeking skilled and experienced OB/GYN Hospitalists to work collaboratively with local obstetricians and improve patient safety and satisfaction. As an OB/GYN Hospitalist, you will be responsible for handling any obstetric emergency and providing high-quality care to every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert obstetrical and gynecological care to patients
Manage labor and delivery, obstetric emergencies, and postpartum care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
Collaborate with local obstetricians to ensure high-quality care and patient safety
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other hospital-based programs
Requirements:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active medical license and in good standing with the medical board
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Passion for healthcare quality improvement
Ability to work well in a team environment
Commitment to patient safety and satisfaction
